Mostly good, one small issue
I ordered a 'San Pedro Cactus' and some 'Succulent Soil Mix'. The cactus itself was great, very healthy looking and a good size for the price. It was packaged well, no damage during shipping which took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona. My only minor complaint is the soil mix bag ripped a little during transit, so some dirt spilled in the box. Not a big deal, just a bit messy. Customer service was responsive when I emailed about it, offering a small credit, which was fair. Overall, a solid experience and I'd likely order again despite the small spill.

I just received my 'Heart Shaped Succulents' and a 'DIY Succulent Kit' and I am so happy with them! Everything was packed perfectly and the plants are all so vibrant and healthy.
