Customer Reviews
Mostly good, one small issue
I ordered a 'San Pedro Cactus' and some 'Succulent Soil Mix'. The cactus itself was great, very healthy looking and a good size for the price. It was packaged well, no damage during shipping which took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona. My only minor complaint is the soil mix bag ripped a little during transit, so some dirt spilled in the box. Not a big deal, just a bit messy. Customer service was responsive when I emailed about it, offering a small credit, which was fair. Overall, a solid experience and I'd likely order again despite the small spill.
Love my new plants!
I just received my 'Heart Shaped Succulents' and a 'DIY Succulent Kit' and I am so happy with them! Everything was packed perfectly and the plants are all so vibrant and healthy. The kit had everything I needed and was super easy to put together. I already have them displayed and they look amazing. Definitely going to be ordering more soon!
Really happy with my order
I got some of those 'Rosette Succulents' for my apartment and they arrived looking really good. The packaging was neat, kept them safe. I've had bad luck with plants online before, but these guys knew what they were doing. Totally recommend if you want some cute plants without the fuss.
Always reliable for plants
This is my third time ordering from them, and they're consistently good. Last year I got 'Wedding Succulent Favors' and they were a hit. This time I needed some 'Echeveria' and 'Sedum' for a planter. The quality is always there, and they ship really carefully. Never had a dead plant. It's why I keep coming back, can trust what you're getting.
Decent value on mini succulents
I was looking for some affordable 'Mini Succulents' to fill out a small terrarium. I saw they had a first order discount, which made the price pretty competitive. The plants were small, as expected, but healthy. I wasn't expecting anything super fancy for the price, but they definitely delivered good value for what I paid. Shipping wasn't super fast, took about a week, but they were well-protected. Worth it for the budget.

What's their return policy like for live plants? What if they arrive looking rough?
Anyone know if their San Pedro cacti are actually legit? Seen some sketchy places online selling fakes.
do they ever do free shipping? Planning a big order of bulk succulents and trying to save some cash.
Thinking of ordering some succulents for wedding favors, but wondering about delivery times. I live in Georgia, will they get here okay?
How do their succulents compare to Mountain Crest Gardens? Price-wise and quality. Looking for a good source for a bunch of Echeverias.
